I express my deepest condolences to the family. I met Bessie at mercy where I have worked the night shift for the past couple months. Bessie was one of the sweetest woman I have ever met. You used to tell me "how I was a good girl", I know she has touched the lives of every one who has ever known her. Bessie is in a better place now, but she has definetly left her mark on this side of creation in my heart.

I was fortunate to have known ''Mom Bessie'' through Carol & Bill. She and I share the same birthday and I have many memories of helping her with eye drops and bringing my dog to visit her at their home. Carol would include my Mom and I on some of her trips to Gouverneur for Sunday lunches and knowing her has been a joy. I loved hearing her laugh! She has left a wonderful legacy to others through her kind spirit and gentle nature, and her two wonderful daughters!
